This type of printing can be washed up to 80 degrees, ironed over and dry cleaned and has good stretch properties. It is ideally suited for printing onto boilersuits, polo shirts, tabards, coats,
tee shirts or any other type of cotton polyester or poly/cotton garment as well as hi viz vests or safety vests and hi viz coats or safety coats.
Because of it's production method plotter printing is ideal for one off's - such as individual names - or small quantities where more traditional garment printing techniques - screen printing - would not be cost effective.
Plotter print gives a good clean edge to the lettering or image.

This type of print can be used on garments with a polyester content such as poly/cotton polo shirts or Hi Viz vests. It can also be used on certain makes of Hi Vi coats. The process actually dyes the fabric of the garment and adopts the wash properties of the actual garment.
The fabric for most modern football shirts is printed in this way and if used on a white garment we can print a full colour photograph.
It is also possible to print more than one colour ( but not all ) onto Hi-Viz coats and vests.
Again, because of production methods, we can print any quantity from one upwards. This means that individual names or departments can be printed to either the backs, left or right breast as worn, sleeves etc etc.

Ideal for full colour badging. With wash properties of 60 degrees plus and excellent stretchability these badges are ideal for use on any cotton or polycotton garment eg. coveralls, work coats, polo shirts, tabards, food industry garments, hi viz safety coats and vests etc etc.
As these are digitally produced prints the detail obtainable is excellent. The badges shown here on our photographs are only between 3 and 4 cm wide - we can produce larger than this of course.
Again, because of production techniques, this type of print can be produced in small quantities. Text changes can also be made so that individual names, departments etc can printed.

If you need large quantities of badging, your artwork is not suitable for digitally printed badges or you require commercial laundry wash fastness then you need commercial transfers.
The Nottingham City transfer shown is 72 mm long and has been applied to a tee shirt. As you can see, the detail of the image is extremely good.
Costs are based on quantity, the number of colours and the size of the transfer - the minimum we can supply is 25.

We can supply and heat seal a number of stock item reflective transfers as well as producing custom made designs. Reflective transfers can be applied to all sorts of garments as well as high visibility clothing.
Stock items come in two main sizes - large back and left breast as worn size. They can also be produced in 'reverse' so that - in the sample shown - the word security would be in blue and the remainder in reflective material.
There are no quantity limits on stock items but the minimum we can supply on custom made transfers is 25.

This method of garment printing is exactly the same as plotter printing, but in this case we use light reflective or thermo reflex material.
Thermo reflex material can be applied to any garment made from cotton or poly/cotton material. Not just Hi Viz garments.
Because of the printing technique used there are no limits on quantity - we can supply just one - and we can print individual names, departments etc as well as simple block images.
